Pelicans' Dante Cunningham: Will return to bench role Sunday

Cunningham will return to the bench for Sunday's game against the Timberwolves.

With DeMarcus Cousins (ribs) out on Friday against the Rockets, Cunningham drew the start and logged seven points, nine rebounds, an assist, a block and a steal across 39 minutes. However, Cousins is officially returning to the starting lineup, which sends Cunningham back to the bench. Cunningham will see a significant drop from Friday's minutes total, likely dropping to the mid-20's as long as Cousins plays a full workload.
