Wright was assigned to the D-League on Tuesday, Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports reports.
The rookie out of UNLV has appeared sparingly in just four games this season, so he'll head to the D-League and presumably play in Wednesday's matchup with the Idaho Stampede. Considering the 905 are then off until Sunday, Wright will likely rejoin the Raptors after Wednesday's game.
