Capela posted 19 points (9-13 FG, 1-6 FT), 12 rebounds and two assists across 31 minutes in Wednesday's 115-108 loss to the Jazz.

Capela continues his stranglehold on the center position for the Rockets, as he has held off Montrezl Harrell and Nene Hilario with some excellent play over the past month, averaging 14.8 points, 9.3 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game since the All-Star break. Although the Rockets struggled on Wednesday and haven't looked like a 44-20 team of late, Capela has been one of the team's most consistent contributors. He's a definite value play in DFS formats as he comes at a lower price than the league's more notable big men, and as long as the Rockets stay consistent, he's a high-value asset for a low price in all formats.
