Goodwin tallied a season-high 24 points (7-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 8-9 FT), four assist, two blocks, two steals, and one rebound across 41 minutes in Saturday's 98-95 win over the Hawks.

Making a second consecutive start in place of the injured Brandon Knight (hip), Goodwin dominated the minutes at point guard and showed a flair for the dramatic by hitting the game-winning three-pointer with 0.1 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, halting the Suns' losing streak at six games. He's now turned in back-to-back 20-plus point efforts in his two starts and will make for an outstanding cost-effective daily option while he remains with the top unit. It's not clear how much longer Knight may be sidelined due to his left abductor strain.
