Timberwolves' Karl-Anthony Towns: Drops game-high 39 points Monday

Towns scored 39 points (17-26 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT) while adding 13 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 35 minutes in Monday's 119-104 victory over the Wizards.

Now having double-doubled in nine of the past ten contests, Towns continues his torrid campaign with his third-highest point total on the year. There are no signs of him slowing down with the Timberwolves still in playoff contention and should continue to record monstrous point and rebound numbers on a nightly basis.
