Sean Mannion is expected to be the No. 3 quarterback for the Rams this season, but he's not expected to get much chance to play behind Jared Goff or Case Keenum barring an injury. Mannion appeared in one game for the Rams in 2015 and was 6 of 7 passing for 31 yards. He has minimal Fantasy value in the majority of leagues and should not be drafted this season.
