If you don't throw touchdowns, you won't be a good Fantasy quarterback. That's the lesson Andy Dalton learned in 2017 when he had just 18 passing scores -- Sam Bradford had more! It's the second time in three seasons Dalton had fewer than 20 touchdowns. To be fair, Dalton didn't have A.J. Green to throw to for six games and barely had Tyler Eifert for half a season. Both of those top targets are expected to be at Dalton's disposal, but his offensive line lost multiple quality starters and could be a detriment. The run game in Cincinnati also could force Dalton's hand, and defenses will know it. With so many other quality quarterbacks on the board, Dalton really isn't worth taking in typical drafts. He's fine with a mid-to-late choice in two-QB formats.
