Bears' Jarvis Jenkins: Records half-sack in loss

Jenkins recorded two tackles, including a half-sack, in Sunday's 26-20 overtime loss to the 49ers.

Half of Jenkins' sack output and a third of his tackles on the season came in his monstrous two-sack, 10-stop performance in Week 3 against the Seahawks. While he's not posting big numbers week in and week out, the Bears seem satisfied enough with how he's performed as a 3-4 defensive end, a role that doesn't lend itself to much sack production compared to Jenkins' 4-3 counterparts.
