Manuel is in line to start Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars after fellow quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ankle) was ruled out for the contest, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

The Bills will head to London for the Week 7 matchup that will take place at 9:30 ET US, and it looks like Manuel will get his second straight start at quarterback. He'll be without top options Sammy Watkins (ankle) and Percy Harvin (hip), however, so Buffalo may still be conservative with their passing attack. With limited options in Week 6, Manuel still managed to complete 66.7 percent of his passes for 263 yards and a score, but the Bills did lean heavily on the running game in that contest. Look for more of the same Sunday, as LeSean McCoy should be ready to be deployed at near-full capacity.
