Bills' Jonathan Dowling: Will miss start of camp

Dowling will start camp on the active/non-football illness list with an undisclosed medical issue, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports.

The reserve safety spent the final games of last season on the Bills' practice squad and doesn't appear to be much of a threat for serious playing time in 2016.
