McCoy, who is being investigated for an alleged assault, will likely be issued a warrant for self-surrender by the middle of the week, Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports.
According to CSN Philadelphia, McCoy was involved in a nightclub brawl that led to the hospitalization of two off-duty Philadelphia police officers. He's never faced discipline under the NFL's personal conduct policy, but if his involvement in the brawl is found to be significant, he might eventually face the threat of a suspension. The Bills issued a statement saying that they're aware of the reports but unwilling to provide further comment at the time.
