Brown has signed a one-year contract with the Bills, NFL Network's Rand Getlin reports.
Brown, who missed the 2014 season after suffering a torn pectoral in Week 1, returned to total 77 tackles (55 solo), two interceptions and 0.5 sacks in 16 games played last season. While those numbers were down from the totals Brown posted in both of his first two seasons, his playmaking ability and athleticism figure to boost the Bills' linebacking corps as a potential starter on defense.
