Fowler (knee) is active Sunday against the Titans, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.
Fowler missed last week's win over the Jaguars due to a knee aliment but, after practicing in a limited fashion this week, will be able to take the field Sunday. Look for him to compete for reps with Cody Latimer as the No. 3 wideout behind starters Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas.
