The timeline for Manning's (foot) return may hinge on when his cast is removed this week, according to The Denver Post.

Head coach Gary Kubiak said the cast will be removed this week, also suggesting that the timing of the removal could be crucial for determining Manning's Week 14 availability. The future Hall of Famer has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers, and there's no guarantee he'll return to a starting role when/if he is ready to play.
