Hartline (concussion) is active Sunday against the Steelers.
Hartline was able to clear concussion protocol and log full practices each day this week, so he was fully expected to suit up for the contest. After hauling in two touchdowns Week 8 against Arizona, Hartline has missed back-to-back games. Prior to that contest, however, Hartline had just five catches in his last four games, and the inconsistency makes him tough to rely on from a fantasy perspective.
