Haden underwent surgery on his left ankle on Wednesday, Tony Grossi of ESPNCleveland.com reports.
Haden injured his ankle in Week 8 of the season, which prohibited him from only starting five games in 2015. He is expected to be ready in time for training camp as he looks to bounce back from a down year. He contributed 22 tackles in five games last season.
