Telfer (ankle/knee/thumb) sat out Wednesday's practice.
Telfer underwent thumb surgery in late November but played Sunday against the Bills. His other two ailments are new; he seems to have injured his ankle and knee during the game, and if he can't go versus San Diego, Seth DeValve will see increased snaps.
