Buccaneers' Kevin Minter: Five stops in start

Minter totaled five tackles (three solo) in the Buccaneers' 28-24 win over the Jets in Week 17.

Minter played on 93 percent of the defensive snaps (57) during the narrow win, checking in tied for second in tackles with cornerback Pierre Desir. The veteran has posted five stops apiece in each of the last two games while helping prop up the Buccaneers' depleted linebacker corps, and he could be in for another expanded role Week 18 versus the Panthers.
