Pope (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Pope played 35 percent of the Buccaneers' offensive snaps in the preseason opener but didn't appear in Saturday's exhibition loss to the Titans. While the nature of the 27-year-old's injury isn't clear, he'll be forced to miss the 2021 campaign following his placement on injured reserve unless he works out an injury settlement with the team.
