Rivers (foot/illness) is active for Sunday's game at Kansas City.
In addition to the sore foot, Rivers was also said to be battling the flu this week, but neither ailment will prevent him from going in this game. The bigger concern would be the inability of the Chargers to put points on the board recently. Three weeks ago, Rivers faced this same Chiefs defense and threw for only 178 yards with no touchdowns.
