Parkey (groin) was released by the Saints with an injury settlement Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Parkey was set to be placed on injured reserve by New Orleans on Tuesday, but he was instead released with the injury settlement. He went 3-for-5 on PATs and didn't attempt a field goal during Sunday's win over Washington, when he apparently suffered the injury during pregame warmups.
