The Dallas Police Department suspended its investigation of an alleged altercation involving Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib on Friday, according to the Dallas Morning News.
The alleged incident occured in the early hours of April 8 at LUXX Nightclub. Police were notified there was an "active shooter" on site at the club and arrived to learn three men were involved in an altercation that resulted with a round of bullets being fired into the air.
Talib's older brother Yaqub was reportedly involved.
Authorities later questioned Aqib and Yaqub Talib after finding them at a nearby strip club.
Though the Talib brothers were never named by police, multiple Dallas media outlets reported they were under investigation.
However, based on the lack of evidence available after interviewing witnesses, the police department released a statement saying the investigation has been "suspended pending further leads."
