Hall passed through waivers unclaimed Friday, according to the NFL's transaction log.
One day earlier, the Buccaneers cut ties with Hall, per Scott Smith of the team's official site. Hall was active for 23 NFL games between the Bears and Eagles from 2016 through 2018, posting 13 tackles and one interception. That said, he didn't get a shot during the 2019 season before signing a reserve/future contract with Tampa Bay back in January.
