Lattimore signed with the Bills on Tuesday, ESPN.com's Mike Rodak reports.
A 2011 UDFA, the 27-year-old Lattimore has mostly worked as a special teamer throughout his career, recording just 48 tackles in 64 games. The Bills do appear thin at inside linebacker, which might give Lattimore an opportunity to compete for a key reserve role on defense.
