Dye missed a lot of time in training camp due to an ankle injury, which likely led to him not making the final roster. He recorded two receptions on five targets for 25 yards in Thursday's preseason loss, but did not do enough to make the team. The 24-year-old figures to be a prime candidate to land on the practice squad.
