Kelce (foot) did not practice Wednesday after receiving a cortisone shot Monday, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Kelce expects to be back at practice Thursday as he continues to deal with plantar fasciitis. He appears to be on pace for Sunday's tilt against the Vikings.
