Hurns underwent sports hernia surgery Tuesday, Mike DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
Hurns gutted out an array of injuries this season, yet the only game he missed was mandated due to the concussion protocol. Otherwise, the second-year wideout churned out five 100-yard performances en route to 64 catches (on 105 targets) for 1,031 yards and 10 touchdowns in 15 contests. With plenty of time to recover, expect Hurns to be a full go once the offseason program rolls around in April.
