Jaguars' Lerentee McCray: Enters COVID protocols

McCray (illness) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday after he tested positive for the virus, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

McCray sat out the Jaguars' game with the Jets on Sunday due to an ankle injury, but he is in danger of missing more time now that he's landed on the COVID list. The seven-year pro has mostly contributed on special teams, so any potential extended absence shouldn't impact Jacksonville's defense.
