Cumberland (concussion) is active Sunday against Washington.

Cumberland was able to practice fully all week after passing through the league's protocol for head injuries, though his fantasy upside is still fairly limited given that quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick hasn't shown a penchant for throwing his way.
