Abbrederis made the roster as the No. 5 receiver, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Abbrederis officially beat out fan favorite Jace Billingsley for the final spot at receiver. However, his biggest contributions will likely come on special teams since Abbrederis will likely need injuries to both Golden Tate and TJ Jones in order to see consistent snaps at slot receiver.
