Lions' Tahir Whitehead: Not participating in OTAs

Whitehead (undisclosed) is present but not participating in OTAs, ESPN's Michael Rothstein reports.

Whitehead seems to be injured in some capacity, but the details aren't clear. When healthy, he's expected to compete for a starting outside linebacker job with offseason acquisition Paul Worrilow, as well as Brandon Copeland and Antwione Williams.
