Rollins (hamstring) cleared waivers and reverted to injured reserve, according to the league's official transaction log.
Rollins was waived after injuring his hamstring in the preseason finale and subsequently went unclaimed on waivers. The 2015 second-round bust is now stuck on IR through the end of the league year unless he agrees to an injury settlement.
