Janikowski connected on two field goals in as many attempts to go along with three converted extra points during Sunday's win over the Panthers.

Janikowski still has yet to miss an extra point during a season where it seems that kickers are struggling with the ball being snapped from the 15-yard line. He has also missed just one field goal throughout the Raiders' past three games, while converting on seven attempts during that stretch. His recent consistency and the offense's ability to score has Janikowski on an upward trend.
