McDonald was excused by Jeff Fisher from OTAs Wednesday and is unlikely to participate in the voluntary workouts with pending charges on suspicion of DUI, Rich Hammond of the Orange County Register reports.
McDonald still hasn't officially been charged, as he is awaiting a toxicology report for a non-alcohol related DUI. The 25-year-old has not run afoul of the NFL before, so he's won't incur a lengthy suspension. However, any multi-week absence on his part will serve to weaken an already-thin Rams secondary.
