Texans' Sheldon Rankins: Gets green light

Rankins (shoulder) is officially active for Saturday's wild-card matchup with the Browns.

Rankins was looking like a true game-time decision after logging limited practice sessions in consecutive days to close out the week. It looks like he is set to take on his usual responsibilities at defensive tackle assuming he avoids any setbacks.
