Gunnarsson (lower body) will return to the lineup for Thursday's game against the Panthers, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Gunnarsson has missed the Blues' last four games due to a lower-body injury, so he'll use the final three contests of the regular season to shake off some rust ahead of the playoffs. The 30-year-old blueliner will skate with Jordan Schmaltz on the Blues' bottom pairing against Florida.
