Brodziak (undisclosed) did not accompany the Blues on their two-game road trip, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
The news effectively rules out Brodziak for both Monday and Tuesday's contests. As a result of his absence, Jordan Caron will draw into the lineup and make his NHL debut Tuesday against the Bruins. Brodziak's next chance to play Saturday against the Stars.
