Paajarvi was waived by the Blues on Thursday, Elliotte Friedman of Hockey Night In Canada reports.
Paajarvi has been no stranger to the bench in the infancy of the 2016-17 campaign. In fact, he's drawn into only three of seven games, with an Oct. 18 match against the Canucks being the last time he was on the ice for a contest. However, he remains a decent low-end veteran winger and may be of interest to a team like the injury-plagued Stars.
