Ness was listed on waivers Monday, Arizona Coyotes Insider Craig Morgan reports.
The 30-year-old Ness made 24 appearances for the Coyotes in 2019-20, earning one assist. A veteran of 71 NHL games, Ness could wind up on the taxi squad in 2020-21 -- if not, he'll likely join AHL Tucson.
