Devils' Ben Thomson: Called up, will play Tuesday

Thomson was recalled from AHL Albany and will be in the lineup for Tuesday night's matchup with the Flyers, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

Thomson makes his NHL debut Tuesday after almost three full seasons with the AHL's Devils; the NHL's Devils are cruising toward the end of the season without a playoff berth. The 24-year-old winger had just nine points during his campaign in the minors, but he did rack up 86 penalty minutes, establishing him as more of a physical enforcer.
