Kesler recorded two assists -- one on the power play -- and six hits in Saturday's road loss to Detroit.
Kesler also blocked a shot in yet another fine demonstration of his two-way prowess. While his efforts weren't enough to propel the Ducks to a win, the power-play pivot is up to 27 points (12 goals, 15 assists) in 32 games, putting him on track for his best offensive output since dialing in 73 points as a Canuck in the 2010-11 season.
