Ramo has been placed on injured reserve with a lower-body injury and will stay in Calgary to undergo further evaluation, John Shannon of Sportsnet reports.
Ramo sustained the injury in Thursday's contest after colliding with Sharks forward Joonas Donskoi. He was promptly ruled out of Friday's game against the Coyotes and won't be eligible to return until Feb. 21 due to his placement on IR. Expect the Flames to summon a player from the minors to join Jonas Hiller as the only other healthy netminder on the active roster.
