Medvedev won't play Thursday against Calgary, and remains day-to-day with an upper-body injury that isn't considered to be serious, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The ailment isn't believed to be serious, but the blueliner's status for Saturday's tilt against the Jets is up in the air at this point in time.
