Dillon (illness) will return to the lineup Sunday against Buffalo, per Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site.
Dillon sat out Saturday's 5-3 win over Carolina. His return could bump Logan Stanley to the press box as a healthy scratch. Dillon has accounted for seven goals, 16 points, 79 PIM, 73 blocked shots and 166 hits in 55 contests this campaign.
