Vasilevskiy has been confirmed to start Friday's crucial game in Montreal, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The Lightning will turn to their starter of the future for the second night in a row with the season on the line. Vasilevskiy is 1-0-1 with a 2.45 GAA and .914 save percentage in two starts against the Canadiens this season, so he'll look to put in another good performance against a squad that is averaging 2.33 goals per game in April thus far.
