Leipsic has been loaned to the Toronto Marlies of the AHL, the Toronto Sun reports.
The 21-year-old Leipsic, who has recorded a goal and an assist in four games for the Leafs this season, was part of a roster churn up front on Monday that resulted in three forwards being sent to the AHL and five being recalled by the big club.
