Murray (back) was loaned to AHL Bakersfield on a conditioning assignment Thursday.
Murray has been out of action since Nov. 21, missing the last 61 games with the injury. He has three assists in 13 games with the Oilers this season. Look for Murray to be a depth defenseman for Edmonton in the playoffs.
