McGinn did not attend Tuesday's practice, reports John Vogl of The Buffalo News.
McGinn scored an assist and finished with 11:00 TOI Sunday against the Islanders, and no reason was given for his absence at practice. The Sabres don't play until Thursday against Tampa Bay, so if McGinn is simply banged up he'll have some time to get healthy.
