Lazar (upper body) is on injured reserve, per the NHL's official media site.
Turns out Lazar's injury is serious enough to warrant a trip to IR and he will stay there until at least Dec. 14 when the Senators take on the Sharks. However, Bobby Ryan (hand) appears to be nearing a return, so Lazar could be sent back down to the minors before that time.
