Phaneuf (wrist) has a list of 12 teams to which he'd allow himself to be traded, NHL.com reports.

The veteran blueliner's contract contains both a no-move and modified no-trade clause, making it a requirement for the Senators to protect him in the Vegas expansion draft. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that he wouldn't agree to a trade if it meets his personal requirements. A team like Detroit could certainly use a proven, two-way contributor on the blue line like Phaneuf, though he'll command $7 million per season through 2020-21 and that's a hefty price tag for a guy who's arguably past his prime at the age of 32. Additionally, there could be some concern over the wrist injury that bothered him in the playoffs.
